These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Big Mood Apps LLC, 221 N Broad St. Suite 3A, Middletown, DE 19729, USA (“Big Mood Apps”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading or using the Keepr mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

• Download and install the App on a compatible mobile device;

You may not transfer, sell, or sublicense the App to others. If you sell or give away a device on which the App is installed, you must remove the App from it.
